This week has been especially good in the eats department around our house. I've heard "Top 10" a lot, so I thought I'd share a few tasties...

Cook's Illustrated Pot Roast - The best I've ever eaten. We add carrots and potatoes, but not parsnips.
Baked Spinach, Crab and Artichoke Dip - We eat this more like fondue, slathering it on loaves of homemade garlic bread. Yum!
Melt In Your Mouth Tarragon Chicken - This is a slow cooker recipe! Slow cooker chicken can get pretty dry, but not this one! Even though I use chicken breasts instead of thighs it's still super moist. We always go the pasta route with this one (the leftover tip at the bottom) but leave out the peas. The men are not a fan of those little green guys.
Lentil Soup - We leave out the vinegar and spinach and eat it with thick slices of cheddar cheese, garlic bread, and sliced honeycrisp apples. We call it "Monk Meal".
