From the title of this post you'd expect to find some rag tag looking bracelet, right? Not so! Using a few scraps of knit that I had left over from the dress and another project, I made this cutie rosebud one for big sister. I also made another version for mommy, but that one escaped the house without a photo session.
The roses were made using Pretty Ditty's tutorial. I practiced a lot before I "got it", but after that they came together in a snap. I made some with knit and some with regular quilter's cotton, and while the cotton ones look good, I have to say that the knits are my favorite. The folds turn out a little more bulky, which makes them look more like flowers as opposed to rolled up fabric.
